SureInsurance offers affordable health insurance with Bluecross, Aetna, Cingna, United Healthcare  and Delta Dental for individuals and families. Each insurance plan provides different levels of coverage.

Catastrophic

Catastrophic health care plans are available for people younger than 30 years of age and to some low-income people. It has a lower monthly premium than Gold, Silver, and Bronze plans, but a much higher deductible. This plan is meant to act as a safety net to cover substantial medical costs in case of a serious illness or injury. Some plans qualify for a cost-sharing discount which can lower your monthly costs. Cost sharing discounts vary by plan, income level and Native American status.

Bronze

All bronze plans offer the same essential health benefits, quality and amount of care. The difference is the cost of your premium each month, your co-pay for hospital visits or prescription medications, and your total out-of-pocket cost. Bronze plans have the lowest monthly premium and usually the highest out-of-pocket costs or deductible. In most cases, bronze plans cover 60% of costs, while you cover 40%.

Silver

All silver plans offer the same essential health benefits, quality and amount of care. The difference is the cost of your premium each month, your co-pay for hospital visits or prescription medications, and your total out-of-pocket cost Silver plans have a higher monthly premium and often lower out-of-pocket costs than bronze plans. In most cases, silver plans cover 70% of costs, while you cover 30%. Silver plans can also offer cost sharing discounts to help lower deductibles, co-pays and your total out-of-pocket cost. Silver plans are currently the only plans that offer cost sharing discounts.

Gold

All gold plans offer the same essential health benefits, quality and amount of care. The difference is the cost of your premium each month, your co-pay for hospital visits or prescription medications, and your total out-of-pocket cost Gold Plans tend to have the highest monthly premium and often the lowest out-of-pocket costs of the three available plans. In most cases, gold plans cover 80% of costs, while you cover 20%.
